Context

The 5X homepage was redesigned to clearly communicate what the product is, how it works, and the value it delivers. The goal was to improve user engagement through a simpler, more intuitive experience that builds trust and drives conversions.

Problem

We set out to redesign the 5X homepage to drive engagement and build trust by improving clarity. The previous experience made it difficult for users to understand the product’s key features and benefits, leading to lower engagement.

Analysing the problems on the homepage

The goal was to improve engagement and drive conversions through a more user-centric homepage. Initial gaps included an unclear value proposition, lack of product context, and messaging that was hard for non-technical users to understand.

Updated website experience

The redesign strengthened the brand’s first impression by creating a clearer and more engaging entry point for users. I simplified the narrative, introduced product UI visuals to build trust, and restructured content to establish a more intuitive flow. Visual hierarchy and scanability were enhanced through thoughtful use of imagery, cleaner layouts, and strategically placed CTAs.
